What is the cost to attend?
Early bird and regular prices are below.
The price includes two days of learning & connection, workshops, all sessions, morning snacks and lunches on both days.

Gala Event on the Friday evening:
If you are attending the conference the price is offered to you at $50 + GST, and you can bring a guest for $75 + GST.
If you wish to only attend the gala – it is $75 + GST
How do I register?
Click here to register. A confirmation email will be sent to you directly upon completion of successful registration. Don’t forget to check your junk mail just in case!
Is there a student rate?
We do not have a student rate. We have worked to make the conference pricing as low as we can.
Is there pricing available for non-profits?
We do not have a non-profit rate. We have worked to make the conference pricing as low as we can.
Can I just buy a ticket to the gala event?
Yes, you can!
Will it be recorded?
Some of the workshops might be recorded.
When does registration end?
Early Bird discount rate ends on September 5th.
The registration deadline has yet to be set. Please check back later for more details.
Can I book just one day of the conference?
No. We are selling the conference ticket for the full two days only.
Do you offer group pricing?
Yes.
We have a group registration portal where any groups of 6+ attendees can register to receive a 10% discount on registration costs. The discount is only applied to the registration fee itself and not the additional options like Gala Dinner tickets and all.

- On the first page, it will ask you to sign where you can create a login using a unique email address and of course, a password. This login email address can be the person organizing the group bookings, even if they are not attending the conference.
- The next page will ask you to add group coordinator details. This person will populate as the first person in your list of 6+ attendees so please use a name and contact information of someone being registered to attend the conference.
- You can then add contact details for anyone you wish to have registered within the group. The group coordinator can fill in all the registration details for each delegate or, there is an option email the delegate a registration link to fill this out on their own registration form. There will also show the option to choose to pay in one single group payment, or to invoice individual group members to pay their own registration fees.
- Each page will show detailed instructions to guide the coordinator through the group booking process as well as a contact email for our registration team, should you have any questions at all.
When is the dinner Gala?
The gala celebration is on Friday November 3rd. You can purchase a ticket with your conference pass for an additional $50 + GST. You can invite a guest for $75+GST, or you can just attend the gala for $75+GST

What time does each day begin and end?
We are just finalizing the program, but our plans are to start around 8:30am, and have session until about 4:30. There will be breaks in between sessions and time to socialize throughout the two days.
Is there a CEC credit for this conference?
Yes. Once we finalize the program we will assign the CE credits.
Will I get a certificate?
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are permitted until Friday, October 6, 2023.
Registrants will receive a full refund less a CAD $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat no later than the Friday, October 6, 2023 by emailing [email protected].
If payment was previously made by e-Transfer (Canadian Bank Accounts Only), the notification must include the email address to which a possible refund may be remitted. If payment was previously made by Bank Transfer the notification must include the banking details to which a possible refund may be remitted. Registrants wishing to cancel after Friday, October 6, 2023, will not be eligible for a refund, however, transfer of the registration to another delegate is acceptable.
