About Elspeth Humphreys

Elspeth Humphreys, MSW, RSW, RCC, has 20+ years of experience specializing in eating disorders. She currently serves on the board of the International Institute for Emotion-Focused Family Therapy. She is also the Clinical Operations Manager at Fraser Health, where she oversees adult eating disorder programs and youth concurrent disorders programs. Additionally, she maintains a part-time private practice with Alison Bell & Associates in South Surrey.

Elspeth has received a fellowship in addictions from the BC Centre on Substance Use. She chairs the Provincial Eating Disorders and Substance Use Working Group and is dedicated to advancing integrated care across the province.
