Is there a student rate?
BCACC students receive the same discount as other BCACC members. We have worked hard to keep the price of this event as low as possible to make it accessible to anyone looking to learn.
If you have financial barriers Please get in touch with us at: [email protected] – There is a possibility that some RCCS are looking to sponsor others to attend this event and we are just sorting out the logistics and likelihood of this now.
Is there pricing available for non-profits?
We do not have a non-profit rate. We have worked to make the conference pricing as low as we can.
Will it be recorded?
We are recording this event in all four regions. This means that when you register for one region you will gain access to a recording of the full day workshop as well as all for half day workshops and their topics. We do not know how long the turn around time will be for the recordings, and we are working hard to ensure that the quality is as good as possible within the live recording space. But we are also not guaranteeing the quality of the recordings at this time.
When does registration end?
Registration typically ends two weeks before each event, But as the seats sell out in each region we will close registration for that city.
Do you offer group pricing?
At this time we are not offering group pricing.
When is the social event?
The evening social event will take place on the Friday in each location after the full day of learning. We estimate that that will be at 5:00 PM, But that may shift a little bit as we get closer to the date. If you register for the social event you will get an email one to two weeks beforehand with all of the details.
Is there reduced pricing for hotel rooms?
We have confirmed a group code for all four locations and you can find that information by clicking the button on the landing page for the city that you are interested in attending: go to the landing page >>
A request:
We’ve had members who are up north, who would love to attend the Prince George workshop but cannot incur the extra expense of a hotel room.
If you live in Prince George, have the extra room, and want to open your home to one of your colleagues, you can feel free to email [email protected]
What time does each day begin and end?
We are just finalizing the program, but our plans are to start at 9am, and have session until about 4:30pm. There will be breaks in between sessions and time to socialize throughout the two days.
If you are registered you will get a full agenda of both days one to two weeks in advance including other important details like parking, venue details, and food.
