Dr. Candice Murray is a registered psychologist who brings over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD.


Practicing in the area of ADHD across the lifespan has given her a deep and unique understanding of the challenges that ADHD presents during different stages of a person’s life.

Dr. Murray is the former Director of the Provincial ADHD Program at B.C Children’s Hospital.

She is also a clinical instructor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia, an invited speaker at provincial and national conferences, and an author of peer reviewed publications on ADHD. She is on the board of directors for the ADHD Advocacy Society of B.C and LDS, an invited member of the CADDRA Advocacy Committee, and she is a consultant for the Regional ADHD Clinic (Vancouver Coastal Health).

Dr. Murray is passionate about building accessible resources for those impacted by ADHD. While at B.C Children’s Hospital, she was the lead creator of the ‘Rolling with ADHD’ series, which includes free, online educational videos about ADHD for parents and teachers.  She also created ‘Rolling with ADHD: A Study Resource for Teens’.  The ‘Rolling with ADHD’ program has been viewed by thousands of people and is available at healthyminds.ca.

Dr. Murray is co-author with Dr. Elisabeth Hall of the ‘Skills for Success: ADHD Strategies for Post-Secondary Students’ and ‘Skills for Success: ADHD Strategies for Adults’.

Dr. Murray completed her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at the University of British Columbia and is a member of the College of Psychologists of B.C and the B.C Psychological Association.
